The successful State Manager/Business Development Manager will be working with an ambient foods business with a great heritage. With a small range of products which have been developed and perfected over the years they are available in all grocery outlets. The business have enjoyed significant growth in recent years whilst still retaining the family feel and love of food.
Reporting into the National Sales Manager the successful candidate will be tasked with securing new business in the independents channel. This will involve cold calling and building new relationships. The role will be covering the Victoria territory.
The successful candidate will ideally be working in the food industry and able to get passionate about selling in this sector. In addition you will have at least 2 years experience in a business development role. Ideally this will be into the independents/foodservice channels, however, this is not a pre-requisite.
