This leading Tourist Industry Company is situated in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine and food industry and has been in operation for approximately 14 years.  This family owned business is fast growing into becoming a market leader.

A full time position is available for the right candidate who will report directly to the Company Director and External Accountant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer all aspects of daily accounting requirements, including accounts receivable and payables into XERO. Preparation and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register.  End of Month Compliance and management reporting. Reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards and expense reimbursements. Produce weekly sales and stock reports. Manage office administration. Prepare annual budgets and cash-flow projections. Administer all aspects of company payroll. Required to be proficient in all aspects of HR.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Proficient in XERO, Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in preparing quarterly BAS and monthly IAS returns. Experience in preparation and lodgement of Annual Payroll Tax Return. Administer all aspects of payroll, super & leave entitlements. Ability to produce work consistently with a high level of accuracy. Work independently and as a team player. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Extremely organised.

Must have a Victorian Drivers Licence and own vehicle.
