We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Administration Assistant to work 2-3 days per week.

As an Accounts Payable assistant your duties will include but not be restricted to:

  • Processing invoices
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Answering calls
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • General Office duties

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess:

  • Experience utilising MYOB is desirable
  • 4+ years Accounts Payable experience is essential
  • High attention to detail
  • Good Alpha & Numeric data entry skills
  • Intermediate Word and Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Motivated and can do attitude

A demonstrated eye for detail, strong organisational skills and the capacity for taking initiative will see you succeed in this role.
