Residential Accommodation, Mount Martha

The successful applicant must have the ability to work a variety of rostered shifts including sleepovers and alternate weekends in a house with adult males that display high levels of challenging behaviours.
The selection criteria;

  • Significant experience (5 years plus) supporting adults with challenging behaviours
  • Ability to support people within a positive behaviour support context
  • Demonstrated experience in person centred planning & approaches
  • The ability to work in a challenging and ever changing forum.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Current Level 2 First Aid and hold a valid Victorian Drivers Licence
  • National Police Check – Clear all states
