Job Description

Looking Glass International is a boutique television and film distribution company with its headquarters in St. Andrews Beach.  As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a part time (approx. 15hrs a week) administration assistant to help us with our ever-increasing needs.

Responsibilities Include:

·      Assisting operations manager with deliveries to broadcasters

·      Communicating with Producers to ensure all materials for their programs are received

·      Administration Tasks including data entry and updating database

To be successful in this role you will require knowledge of Mac computers.  You will also be efficient with strong organizational skills and a high level of written communication skills.
