  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make decisions effectively

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Administrative support to the Director
  • Providing day-to-day assistance to the managing director
  • Office management including general administrative support as requested and other reasonable duties as directed by the Managing Director
  • Manage daily schedule and calendar for the technical team
  • Support and communicate with internal and external clients and employees to assist with timely and accurate communication;
