Capezio is synonymous with quality, innovation and performance and has been the preferred dancewear brand for stars over the years including Anna Pavlova, Sammy Davis Jnr, Bob Fosse, Fred Astaire, Gregory Hines, Michael Jackson, Pink, Madonna and many more as well as being used extensively in movie and Broadway productions.

We are now seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Operations Manager / IT Support Coordinator to provide ongoing support to the Operations Manager and Company President to ensure all aspects of the Australian business are attended to efficiently at all times.

The successful candidate will work closely with all key internal stakeholders within the business to develop, implement and enhance operating procedures and infrastructure.  You will play a vital role to ensure the company continues to improve operations and manage a continuous rate of growth.

You will possess a proven understanding of IT as you will be the first point of contact for any day to day technical issues which arise.  This may often require liaising with IT consultants who are both locally and abroad and/or working closely with our USA IT management team.

Intermediate to advanced level of Excel is a must! You will be analysing data to pull together sales reports and project future activity along with extracting other information regarding costing/ pricing to enhance margins and profitability  of current stock, markdowns and deleted stock as required


  • Smooth running of IT infrastructure
  • Daily, weekly and ad hoc sales reporting
  • Project management implementation
  • Facilitating brain storming activities within the team
  • Work closely with Account Managers and retail sales force
  • Item master maintenance for both ERP and POS systems
  • Price list maintenance
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of servers, firewalls and various hardware / software
  • Ability to create and analyse various sales and other ad hoc  reports

Knowledge of the following software is highly advantageous:

  • Sage Accpac or Sage 300 ERP
  • Accellos WMS
  • Softline retail POS
  • Cegid POS
  • SAP

This is a unique roll where no two days are the same.  As such we are looking for somebody who can learn, think on their feet and absorb knowledge quickly. You thrive on teamwork and have the ability to problem solve efficiently. You are both proactive and reactive and highly capable to communicate professionally at all levels.
