323Blu Hospitality & Entertainment, and the expanding Pavilion McCrae Beach,  are now in the process of looking for industry professionals to join their culinary  team.

We seek all skill levels in Front and Back of House- Casual and Part Time.
We have an immediate opening for a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and are accepting qualified CV’s for all other positions.

Senior level positions can qualify for bonus and equity opportunity.

To be considered for the position you must have the following:
– Flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts. This includes weekends and weekdays on a 7 day roster

– Strong work ethic & industry knowledge with the ability to maintain high food and hygiene standards with attention to detail and consistency

– The capacity to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

– a positive, can-do nature

– Up to date food handlers certificate

– A Passion to succeed and develop within a growing company

-Be an Australian/New Zealand resident or have appropriate visa status
