Our new, state-of-the-art 30-bed Rehabilitation unit & Hydrotherapy centre caters for fast-stream inpatient rehabilitation & outpatient day-rehabilitation programs, including orthopaedics, spinal, cardiac and reconditioning. Demand for these services is growing rapidly, and our Allied Health team needs additional support to meet this demand.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Allied Health Assistants to join our Physiotherapy team and assist in our Rehabilitation and Acute services. Duties will include assisting with individual patient treatments, group exercise sessions, departmental administrative tasks and maintenance of department equipment and resources. Highly Desirable Selection Criteria      

  • Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.
  • Recent relevant hospital and rehabilitation experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working within a Physiotherapy Team.
  • Experience in Hydrotherapy
  • Sound communication skills within an inter-professional team environment.
  • Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel
  • Valid Driver’s License and vehicle
