An exciting role has become available for an experienced Retail Area Manager or Store Manager with experience in the FMCG Industry to become a part of this well known Supermarket Retailer as an Area Manager for their Northern Regional area.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for up to 10 management teams and their stores. Key responsibilities include the drive of efficiency and consistency of all core retail operations, which include all K.P.I benchmarks, sales performance, coaching and development. You will also be accountable for ensuring that all standards and procedures are being followed correctly and uniform across all of your stores. The ability to develop a strong team of Store Managers in your Region and a strong succession pipeline for future Store Management employment are also key responsibilities of the role.
To be considered for this position, you must either have previous multi-site or senior store management experience in the FMCG, Supermarket Industry. You must possess a strong ability to train and develop a large team, together with the skills to provide ongoing coaching and feedback to all Store Managers. Previous experience in facilitating the process to set annual store targets and K.P.I benchmarks are also a requirement. Majority of this role will require travelling and a possible relocation to a Victorian Regional town, or this could be a great opportunity for someone who is located in the Victorian Northern Regional area.
