Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a person seeking employment as a part time Assistant Property Manager role with our agency.

This role is done as a job share and would suit a person who can work in with other team members. The ideal person would be available for 2 days a week initially, but the role may become full time in the coming months either in the same department or job share as reception / customer service.  So all applicants do need to be prepared to work full time if required and this may require every second Saturday.

Full details will be discussed with successful short listed applicants at the first interview.  The successful applicant would possess excellent computer skills (covering Office, Web based search engines, Outlook and general ability), great communication skills, present well and have a happy and helpful demeanour and like working in a team environment.

Full training will be given with specific industry programs and other duties relevant to the role. All applicants must hold a current Agents Representative Certificate for Victoria or be prepared to complete the course within the first 3 months of starting with the agency at their own cost.  Prior experience within the real estate industry would be viewed as advantageous.
