ABOUT THE ROLE 

As part time Assistant Manager at our Mornington Store you will be part of a focused, reliable and enthusiastic team and report directly to the Retail Manager. No two days are the same in this fast paced role that requires dedication and drive. The successful applicant will be outgoing, organised, reliable, hard working and well presented, must be available 4 days a week – including Saturday.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Inventory management
  • Exceeding sales targets
  • Assisting with corporate store events/ sales/ workshops
  • Visual merchandising
  • Store outreach targeting potential growth areas.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong retail background essential including cash handling and visual merchandising experience.
  • Dance background is favourable.
  • A management style that encourages and motivates your team.
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
