About the Role
Manage the day to day functions within the store, including providing a high level of customer service and community engagement. In addition, you will be responsible for the overall achievement of personal and team based store targets. You will be integral for all of your customer’s queries, aiding them with their health and fitness goals encouraging high performance, and healthy living .

Duties

  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Exceed sales targets and KPI’s set
  • Provide accurate information on customer Enquiries
  • Stock Management duties

Skills

  • Background in a health and fitness environment essential
  • Knowledge and experience around the Melbourne Running Calendar
  • History of achieving sales targets and working to KPI’s
  • Able to contribute and work in a team environment
  • Honest, reliable and punctual
  • Keen understanding of health and fitness products
