Job Description

Rosebud Country Club is seeking a Bookkeeper/Administration Officer to join our team on a casual basis.  It is expected a minimum of 2 days per week will be available, with additional hours available seasonally.

Duties for this role will include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the membership database
  • Assisting with accounting and financial reporting processes
  • Attend to member queries
  • Cash handling

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent computer skills (a knowledge of Powergolf would be an advantage)
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping as a minimum
  • Excellent people, organisational and problem solving skills
  • Experience in cash handling
  • A willingness to learn and be part of a team

An interest in golf is desirable but not essential.
