The Role:

This exciting Bookkeeper’s position is available for a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced individual who is willing to grow their career with the long-term growth plans of our business.

This position will report to the internal accountant & the finance leader of our business and will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Assisting with cash flow and budgeting
  • Accounts payable & receivable duties
  • Support for payroll responsibilities
  • Reporting on job costing & progress
  • Data entry and administration duties

Your Profile:

To be considered for this position, you will:

  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Have a high degree of proficiency with MYOB
  • Have excellent Excel and MS Word skills
  • Have cash flow and budgeting experience
  • Have fantastic organisation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Possess the ability to work proficiently both within a team and independently
  • Have high attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Be enthusiastic with a sense of humour
