Claims Officer job with leading broker based in suburbs you will deal with end to end commercial claims

Your new role
You will be required to manage a large portfolio of claims from the start through to settlement that will involve negotiating of claims settlements. As a claims officer you will be expected to provide an advisory service for clients, brokers and account management staff on all claims matters.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed as a claims officer you will have previous claims experience in commercial lines. You will have experience with Winbeat software and have attained your Tier 1 qualification. Exceptional communication skills are essential as well as having experience with Microsoft packages such as excel, outlook and word.
