Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional people and communication skills, a great work ethic and proven sales results to join our Team as a Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and securing new properties through networking and the creation and implementation of a marketing plan. New managements are already coming into the business organically – so we just need you to ramp it up!
  • Listing presentations for residential and holiday¬†appraisals
  • Handovers to our property management team
  • Cross selling other services within the business
  • Work closely with our sales team
  • Maintain and develop client relationships
  • Offer relevant professional advice to clients

You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role OR a property management background, Car and Drivers License, Agents Representative Certificate and a police check is essential.
