Our client is one of Australia’s leading national Aged Care providers. They are highly respected within the market given their strong values and unwavering commitment to quality and service. They have an exceptional leadership team that are wanting to appoint a Clinical Care Manager to one their most beautiful homes in the Mornington area.

Reporting through to a Facility Manager, you will enjoy partnering with them to provide the clinical leadership to meet the needs of residents and their families. This will include team leadership, ensuring quality standards are delivered and broader general management matters. You will enjoy operating in a caring team environment utilising the robust support from a highly regarded corporate office.

This be successful in this role, you will offer a track record of success from the aged care industry and be a current RN, Division 1 qualification with AHPRA. You will also need to be client service focused with a proven ability to lead a team. An ability to engage with the residents and their families will also ensure your success in the position.
