About you:

  • Previous leadership experience in an aged care facility, this may be formal or informal
  • Demonstrated experience with mentoring, coaching and leading a team of high performing Care Companions
  • Compelling communication skills, with your peers, your team, your residents and your families
  • Business acumen and the ability to be an ambassador for Australian Unity
  • Pro active, an “ideas” person!
  • Tech Savvy
  • Relevant education (Certificate 3 in aged care)

Australian Unity’s new aged care facility is coming to Mornington in early 2015. Located at 2 Booker Avenue, Mornington, Peninsula Grange aged care will offer resident focused care, based on individual preferences and choices.
