Job Description

A casual opportunity is available for an experienced Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant team. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef your primary responsibilities will be:

  • The preparation of wood-fired pizza from dough preparation through to service
  • Ensuring OH&S and Food Safety standards are met at all times

We are seeking an enthusiastic self-starter ready to hit the ground running. You bring a sense of humour and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced kitchen. You pride yourself on working to high standards, are passionate about the industry and your ability to manage time effectively will see you succeed in this role. Current Food Handler’s Certificate essential.

Shifts are Saturday and Sunday but no evenings, a rarity in hospitality! This opportunity is available now so we are seeking someone to start immediately.
