We are currently seeking highly motivated Registered Division 1 Nurses, who are committed in providing superior services and excellence in caring for the elderly, to join our team in Craigcare Mornington, Mt Martha.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating professional care practice including delivering resident care according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures,
  • Safe administration of medication, and
  • Maintaining clinical documentation in accordance with accepted national standards and legal requirements.

Successful applicants must possess the following:

  • Have experience and an excellent understanding of ACFI documentation,
  • Sound knowledge of the Accreditation Standards,
  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Health Administration or equivalent,
  • A current AHPRA Nursing Registration,
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Clinical Senior Based Nursing role within Australia (Aged Care experience essential),
  • A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of elderly residents,
  • Be a highly motivated and organised individual,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Advanced leadership and supervision skills, and
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment.

All successful applicants are required to supply a current National Police Clearance (dated within 3 years).
