Job Description

We are a small winery in Flinders and looking for a Kitchen hand/ cellar door hand on a part time basis to serve pre-prepared light meals and alcohol at our Cellar Door on Saturdays &/or Sundays. You must be a minimum of eighteen years old and have a RSA certificate and capable of working unsupervised. Would suit a retiree .You will be required to do the following –

·         Food Preparation, heating/warming, plating, presentation of pre-prepared meals

·         Kitchen maintenance and cleaning

·         Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies

·         Menu planning

·         Following food safety requirements
