Our Australian Hotels Association award winning venue is currently seeking an energetic passionate Chef and 2nd year apprentice to join our thriving kitchen team.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a passion for the hospitality industry, maintain the standards of food quality consistently and deliver exceptional food to our clientele.

As a team member of our kitchen you will also need to communicate cohesively with other Venue team leaders to deliver the best customer dining experience.

Your skills:

  • An excellent team player
  • Great at communicating with kitchen staff and venue management
  • A confident cooking style and strong emphasis on quality and presentation
  • A good understanding of pub dining trends & creating flavour
  • Must have a current RSF
