Job Description

This iconic and established business is moving into a new era and with that brings opportunity. Located on the Mornington Peninsula overlooking Port Philip Bay and over to the Bellarine Peninsula your new work place could never be called uninspiring. Whilst the views are somewhat distracting these exciting new roles will certainly grab your attention and help keep you focused!

Entrée……. Apprentice Chef

  • Must have a passion for food (not just eating it)!
  • Reliable and committed to a career in hospitality
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Keen to learn and always looking to improve

Main……Chef 

  • Previous experience in catering operations and a la carte
  • Trade certificate/qualification
  • Maintain consistently high standards of food presentation
  • Work to a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas

Dessert ….  isn’t the best always last?

You will get –

  • Limited nights  – only 6 months of the year
