The food is based around making things from scratch and using Australian produce including native ingredients. Those we are looking for will have a deep passion to learn new ingredients/techniques/produce in an encouraging, professional, team environment. They will also have experience in similar situations and a wide range knowledge of produce, technique and hospitality in general. We are idealy looking for fulltime staff to start ASAP.
