  • 5 Star Property – Multi Site Resort
  • Salary Package $57k + uniform + parking

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie to join our team at one of the most beautiful and respected 5 star venues in the Gippsland region.

In this position, you will be responsible for leading your own section, working in all areas of the business including a la carte fine dining, functions and conferences, in room dining and pool side service and mentoring and developing junior staff members.

In order to be successful as the Demi Chef/Chef de Partie you will demonstrate;

  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • At least 12 months experience in a similar role
  • An ability to take direction as well as lead each section
  • Deliver consistent quality work
  • A proven ability to work in a team
  • Competency with all food hygiene standards
  • Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
  • Have pride in what you do
