  • Salary $60k + incentives

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie who wants to work in a high volume establishment in a beautiful location!

As the Chef de Partie you will have a passion for the industry and enjoy creating excellent food. You will work with the busy team to ensure the high standards that the venue is known for is delivered each and every time.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Completion of Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
  • At least 1 – 2 years post qualification cooking experience.
  • Experience in a high volume restaurant.
  • The ability to deliver a consistent high standard of food.
  • A proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fine dining establishment would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
