We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join the team at a well known and established venue on the Mornington Peninsula.

As the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef you will work closely with the senior Chefs to ensure the smooth delivery of service across a la carte and function services. You will be able to consistently deliver good quality food in a high volume environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • The necessary trade qualifications.
  • To be comfortable in large establishments.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and be looking for a role to kick start their career.
  • Experience in a busy commercial kitchen.
  • To be comfortable in all areas of the kitchen.
  • A desire to work hard, learn and improve their skills.
