We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join the team at a well known and established venue on the Mornington Peninsula.
As the Chef de Partie / Sous Chef you will work closely with the senior Chefs to ensure the smooth delivery of service across a la carte and function services. You will be able to consistently deliver good quality food in a high volume environment.
