We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join a high volume pub on the Mornington Peninsula.

As the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef you will play an integral part in the smooth running of the kitchen, you will oversee the junior staff, working closely with the Executive Chef in regards to service delivery and kitchen management across a la carte and function services.

As the successful candidate you will possess:

  • Two years experience in similar role
  • Able to work autonomously, with clear guidance
  • Ability to motivate, train and develop subordinates
  • Able to maintain a spotless work area
  • Able to work with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Superior time management and communication skills
