We are looking to consolidate and develop a strong food based business that prides itself on great produce and great dishes.  We use the best suppliers and take inspirations from American cuisine to produce a punchy but casual offer. Simple food done well.

Two NEW Six Degrees designed venues join Beach Shack in SPRING 2016:

NORFOLK PINES – Mornington Peninsula Ale House & Wine Store with all of the best local produce incl. Woolambi Farm Charcuterie (curing as we speak), cheeses, chocolate, olives etc

MORGAN’S FISH & CHIPPER/CHICKEN BAR – Quality seafood steamed, baked in a bag, grilled or fried, rotisserie chicken with salads & killer chips.

Skills & Requirements

Must be a talented, passionate and organised professional. Must be able to work in high volume & high pressure situations and be able to manage a section in a calm and orderly manner.  Must be able to participate in a team environment and be a good communicator with fellow team members.
