About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator with knowledge of the NQF who wants to actively initiate a creative program which will engage all children big and small. It is a medium sized service located in a well-equipped OSHC room and is heavily involved within the school community.  You will provide opportunities to create a vibrant and enjoyable environment for the children to learn and develop, all while making them smile.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Assistants
  • Ensure the children are safe and having fun
  • Develop strong relationships with the school community
  • Manage day to day administration duties and staff rostering
  • Create a program that meets National Quality Framework requirements
  • Maintain positive experiences and activities for children attending your service

Requirements

  • Completed Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent qualification
  • Qualified to work in early childhood education and care
  • Experience working with primary school age children
  • Experience working within an Outside School Hours Care service
  • Current Employee Working with Children Card
  • Current and valid First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
  • Available Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am-9am and 3:00-6:15pm
