Job Description

  • Represent Train@ CQUniversity in a consistent manner aligned with the principles of the organisation
  • Acquire rapid knowledge on corporate systems to manage and record incoming enquiries
  • Process and administer incoming enrolments and associated functions across all methods of delivery
  • Operate computers for administrative purposes in the provision of efficient and accurate keyboard services in word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing and data input
  • Support reception duties so as to maintain an effective customer service
  • Work with other team membersĀ  to provide efficient and timely support for the core business
  • Attendance at Expos and events
  • Respond to verbal or written enquiries, ensuring that correspondence is acted on promptly
  • Provide innovative methods of student engagement to maximise student retention
  • Utilise technologies to enhance learning outcomes for the overall experience of the student engagement process
  • Actively participate in business improvement requirements across the Vocational Education and Training Sector
  • Ability to accurately record and manipulate data for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Maintaining confidential student information both electronically and in hard copy format
  • Any additional duties, including those that may overlap other roles within the RTO, as required by the RTO Management team
