The Position

Corowa Court is an apartment-style residence with sweeping views of the Bay. Our modern home is located on the main esplanade in Mornington and provides person-centred care for 120 residents. Our close-knit team prides themselves on delivering a service that meets the individual needs of our residents.

Benetas has an excellent opportunity for an experienced full-time Clinical Nurse Consultant to join our team. To be successful in this position, you will create a positive environment and motivate others. Reporting to the Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision, monitoring and development of the care team and support residents to have a positive aging experience. This pivotal role requires you to draw on your strong clinical background in diabetes, wound management and/or gerontology. You will have the support of the Care Services Manager to resolve complex clinical issues. The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday.

You are:

  • A Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current AHPRA registration
  • Strong in clinical governance and risk management
  • Focused on achieving clinical, quality and business outcomes (including ACFI KPI’s)
  • Confident and experienced in your approach to managing complex health needs
  • A great role model who shows empathy and treats others with dignity and respect
  • Able to build natural and meaningful relationships with our residents, their families and our staff
  • Honest, helpful and dependable – a great asset for the team
  • Willing to obtain a Police Check and have valid Working Rights
