We are seeking a qualified person to undertake investigations into critical & reportable incidents, reportable conduct, complaints and grievances. The incumbent will be responsible for completing all elements of a thorough investigation. You will work in conjunction with the Executive Management team and provide key support and input into the organisations centralised incident and complaints management framework – Riskman.
