A Legal Practice in Mornington Peninsula are looking to employ a Senior Conveyancer / Legal Secretary to manage their dynamic conveyancing practice under minimal supervision.

If you can work independently, collaboratively when required and enjoy dealing directly with clients, then this may be the role for you.

Applicants must:

  • Have more than 2 years conveyancing experience;
  • be able to manage files and carry out duties independently with limited supervision;
  • work through all aspects of a purchase and sale file.
  • Be familiar with ‘off-the-plan’ sales and subdivisions
  • Be able to review s.32 statements and provide general advice to clients.
  • Excellent typing and Computer Skills
  • Good Time Management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet relevant deadlines.

To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Conveyancer- residential or commercial. You will be a self starter, have the ability to think on your feet and hit the ground running. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a new challenge in a well established law firm!
