Reporting to the Manager People and Culture, this position will play an integral role in leading and developing one of two teams in the People and Culture Department and will have a primary focus on learning and development, performance development, HRIS system and process development opportunities, identifying business improvements in the Human Resource space.
The Coordinator People & Culture Development is integral to the Department’s success and ultimate responsibility in enabling our employees to provide successful outcomes for our community.
