Kingswim is a brand through which the YMCA teaches over 25,000 kids every week to be competent and safe in and around the water. Employing more than 800 staff, Kingswim operate 21 Learn to Swim Centres across metropolitan Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, offering swimming education to children from tiny tots to big kids.

An exciting opportunity has presented itself within our Kingswim Customer Care and Centre Support team located at our Head Office in Mornington. We seek engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic customer focused operators to assist with all customer inquiries across multiple platforms and general administrative support.

The Customer Care and Customer Support team is a vital part of ongoing communication and customer service to all our families. It operates from 8am to 7pm weekdays and weekend mornings. Applicants need to be available to work half or full day casual shifts commencing from 8am or finishing at 7pm plus be available for a rotating weekend roster.

The team currently assists a customer base that stretches across 21 Kingswim centres Australia wide. The team has an enjoyable and vibrant work environment best suited to an initiative driven person with a passion for the safety, wellbeing and education of children.
