  • Full time, fixed term until 31 December 2015
  • Salary range: $42,991 – $47,507 p.a plus superannuation
  • Location: Mornington Peninsula

Client Services has an opportunity available if you are passionate about providing and delivering excellent customer service in the position Customer Service and Enrolment Officer. You will assist potential students enrol in the course that matches their career and study needs and provide services to both internal and external clients of the Institute.

You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the drive to inspire and achieve results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional and high level customer service.
  • Managing and tracking the enquiries of potential students.
  • Maintaining currency with all enrolment processes, compliance and system requirements.
  • Accurately calculating fees based on enrolment details.
  • Preparing VET FEE_HELP and FEE_HELP applications.
  • Assisting and preparing with Information and Enrolment sessions.

Skills and Experience

  • To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
  • A relevant qualification at a minimum of post-secondary level.
  • Experience in providing service excellence to all internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Your ability to work collaboratively and adopt a teamwork approach.
  • Experience in processing payment receipts, cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Sound numeracy and literacy skills.

Note that although this position is primarily based at the Mornington Peninsula campus, the successful applicant may also be required to work at the Dandenong, Frankston, Cranbourne and Berwick campuses.

Working With Children and Police Check compliance required.
