Fundraising job in Melbourne to drive a major capital campaign. Fixed contract, Part-time.
Your new company
This Not-For-Profit organisation, is dedicated to promoting and supporting key research, training, development across Melbourne; their main goal being to improve care for the future. This role is a 2 year fixed contract on a part time basis.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for driving a major capital appeal through the development and stewardship of strong relationships that will play a key role in delivering on the funding target. You will devise and implement an effective fundraising program incorporating all streams: High Net Worth Individuals, Corporate Partners, Trust & Foundations and other major gifts. You will leverage off current and previous supporters as well as develop and nurture new donors.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have demonstrated success in generating funds across all streams. This is attributable to your project management skills in all aspects of planning and managing gift initiatives. A key strength of yours is your stakeholder management skills; with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of people. You thrive when working in a collaborative team environment and exceeding revenue targets for a good cause.
