This role works within a home environment supporting up to 6 people with a disability living together to achieve individual goals and ambitions and realise their optimum level of independence. The role works as a part of a team to provide positive and consistent support to the people living in this setting.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in the disability field and possess the skills, knowledge and understanding to implement proactive strategies to meet the goals of the people you are supporting in the community. A Certificate IV Disability Services or equivalent will be highly regarded. You must have availability to work sleepovers and weekends.
