Your role will be supporting adults to live independently in the community enhancing their skills and managing their mental wellbeing, whilst assisting with all activities of daily living including personal care and meal preparation.
With many years of experience and expertise to draw on and a reputation for professionalism, we don’t simply put our staff into shifts, we support them by listening to and acting on feedback. We believe in providing quality people who are looked after, rewarded and valued as an integral part of our team

Due to recent expansion we currently have a number of roles available:

Essential Criteria
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability Care
Own a roadworthy vehicle and current VIC Drivers License
Current Victorian Police Check
Mobile phone
Strong communication and team work skills
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
Experience working with challenging behaviours
Must be Honest and Reliable
Good Work Ethic
