The Rye Hotel is seeking an honest and reliable person with proven experience as a Duty Manager & has been involved in training, mentoring & managing a ‘service’ team.
The person must possess current RSA/RSG, TAB Accreditation & food handling certificates. First Aid accreditation is preferable.
Experience with beer reticulation, gaming, wagering (cash control) is essential.
Computer literate & systems orientated (BePoz preferable).
They will work as part of a team and be responsible for auditing of stock, staff time & attendance & cash balancing.
