The Position

We currently have an opportunity available for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (Div 2) to join our fantastic team at Benetas St Pauls Court. Currently a 50-bed aged care residence, you will be responsible for coordinating the provision of person centred care focused on quality service, continuous improvement and people development. Successful applicants will need to be available for a range of casual shifts including afternoon and night duties.

It is an exciting time for the team and residents at St Pauls Court, as a new 80-bed purpose built aged care facility is currently being constructed and is due for completion in mid-2016. The state of the art residence will being a new level of care to residents with complex and evolving needs, and will be based on an innovative ‘cluster model’ of housing.

Skills and Experience

  • Registered as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) in Victoria
  • Friendly and positive personality especially when communicating with elderly residents
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Provide high level care to our clients
  • Deliver friendly and helpful service to clients and team members
  • Maintain documentation to accreditation standards
