The Bays Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Environmental Services Manager to provide leadership and supervision across all hospitality related (catering & cleaning) departments. This is a pivotal role ensuring a high standard of service is consistently provided in an efficient and cost effective manner to our patients, visitors, service providers and staff.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage the day to day operations of the hospitality team and also the ability to drive and champion change and continuous improvements.
This role will also be responsible for meticulous reporting and auditing to ensure compliance to The Bays policies and procedures and also all the regulatory requirements relating to The Bays Healthcare Group and its operations.

The Bays Hospital is an acute medical, surgical and obstetric private hospital located in Mornington. The facility comprises of one medical/surgical ward and one surgical ward with a high dependency unit, a maternity unit and a five theatre operating complex, complete with an expansive day surgery area.
