Peppers Moonah Links – The Home of Australian Golf is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Housekeeper to join our team.

Peppers Moonah Links – Fingal is currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper. The position requires high responsibility to attend to all cleaning requirements of the Club House and rooms. Reporting to the Hotel Operations Manager you will lead your team by example and inspire the staff around you.

Previous experience is necessary and you must be flexible to work nights and/or weekends. A very rewarding and realistic remuneration will be offered based on experience along with many team benefits. Come and enjoy your time at work with us!!

Your key responsibilities will include, however will not be limited to:

  • Leading the team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and that customer service is at the forefront of everything we do
  • Leading department productivity and performance
  • Ensuring delivery of hotel standards and expectations
  • Monitoring of Quality Assurance practices
  • Ensuring compliance with Hotel Policies and Procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Policies and Standards
  • Leading by example to ensure our team members are working in an environment free of bullying, harassment and discrimination.
  • Planning and distributing workloads.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar 4 or 5 star Hotel/Resort and a passion for the hospitality Industry
  • Driving team motivation and managing performance
  • Building a professional, mutual relationship with the hotel team in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Ensuring all quality standards are met through regular spot checks and inspections of rooms and public areas
  • Providing on the job training, departmental orientation and training assessment
  • Promoting Workplace Health and Safety and building a strong safety culture
  • Be available to work on weekends
  • Have the right to work in Australia
