Our established office is seeking a Full-time and Experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our friendly office!

Your duties will include, but not limited to:-
– Leasing & Re-Leasing of properties
– Rent reviews
– Inspections
– Management & Follow-up of Maintenance
– Knowledge of REST, not required but advantageous

To be a successful applicant you must possess:-
– Current Agents Representative Certificate,
– Current Drivers license
– Excellent presentation,
– Ability to multi-task,
– Common sense and a “can do” attitude.
– Preferably residing on the Mornington Peninsula
