Mornington’s iconic Grand Hotel is among the Peninsula’s busiest venues, and we currently seek a well rounded and experienced pub Chef to join our valued kitchen team. You are a team player not shy of a challenge, you thrive on the bustle of a fast paced service, as well as being able to think on your feet. Your well rounded experience will see you placed to operate across all aspects of the Hotel kitchen – from larder, pans and grill, to finishing – making you a valuable asset to this close knit and capable kitchen team.
