Job Description

Harcourts Mornington are looking for the third piece to their puzzle! We are in need of an outstanding property manager who preferably has 3+ years of prior experience to join our team of other highly qualified and talented professionals. You will be backed by an exceptional brand, systems & procedures with thorough training & induction program.

We will help you to truly excel in all areas of residential property management. This role will be fast paced and challenging and requires someone with experience & the drive to learn & succeed. You will be an excellent communicator & able to think quickly on your feet. You will have a passion for the role with a positive and hardworking attitude, as well as a tolerable nature and excellent communication skills.

  • Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • 3+ year’s experience managing your own portfolio
  • Experience in new business / listing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable car
  • Current police check
  • REST experience highly desirable but not a necessity
  • Well presented
  • Highly organised and great attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable and polite with a great phone manner

  • Open for Inspections and private appointments
  • Conduction outgoing/ ingoing inspections
  • Organising maintenance requests
  • Assisting in growing the portfolio
  • Leasing / Lease re-newels
  • Handling all enquiries from prospective tenants
  • Overseeing the completion of tenancy application forms


  • Mobile phone and iPad provided
  • Earn excellent commission for new business
  • Leading agency in the area
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
  • Only 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • Portfolio of approx 100 properties
  • Portfolio located in close office proximity
  • Reference checking of prospective tenants
  • Completion of lease documentation
