Situated on the Mornington Peninsula, this brand new purpose built residential aged care facility will provide care and accommodation to approx 90 residents.
Together with the Executive Team from Head Office, The Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring all systems are implemented and maintained according to organisational policies and procedures in readiness for grand opening mid 2018. You will be given the opportunity to employ, develop and guide a dedicated team which will include, clinical and non clinical and administration staff and ensure a high standard of care is delivered to all incoming residents.
Key Selection Criteria
Our client will provide a competitive salary of $120-$130k + super + upto $24k per annum bonus
