Position Available
Financial Services Administrator (experienced)
Hours: Mon – Fri 9 – 4.30pm
Location: Somerville

We are a local financial company providing personal financial services to a broad range of clients throughout Australia.

We require an experienced Financial Services Administrator  whose purpose is:
To be the initial point of contact for the business
To support the Advisers
To maintain the client base
To increase business efficiency and productivity

You must have:
• Excellent computer skills
• Xplan or nlink knowledge will be highly regarded
• Minimum level of financial knowledge
• Motivation to learn multiple financial & company systems
• the ability to efficiently undertake multiple and complex administrative tasks, with strict adherence to systems and procedures.

The job includes:

Office Administration
• Reception
• Adviser Diary and Appointment Management
• Daily mail
• Printing and binding
• Stationery, maintaining

Client Administration
• Maintaining client records and data using XPLAN
• Maintaining company and client files
• Business lodgment follow-up
• Creating key supporting documents (eg, fund summary sheets, portfolio valuations, etc)
• Ongoing client administration (eg, withdrawals, switches, additions, etc)
