Position Available
Financial Services Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator for our office located in Somerville 4 days/wk
9am – 4.30pm.

What you must have:

  • Experience working in Financial advising office.
  • Be able to efficiently undertake multiple and complex administrative tasks.
  • You must be highly proficient in Word, Excel and Xplan and be a whiz at getting around a computer.
  • You must also be able to display initiative, responsibility, commitment and integrity.

Your job will include:

  •  Reception duties
  • Scan, action and file mail/email
  • Support the Advisers
  • Maintain the client base using Xplan
  • Increase business efficiency and productivity
